Module 5: LIVING THE ROCKET – INTEGRATION

Online | 12-Week Advanced Yoga Teacher Training

September 18th - November 27th, 2026

This transformative online training module is designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners seeking to integrate deeper purpose and authenticity into both their teaching and personal practice.

Over the course of 12 weeks, we will explore the essence of the Rocket system, with a focus on adapting and embodying the practice in alignment with life’s many phases and transitions.

Key Focus Areas:

Adaptation & Inclusion

Learn how to skillfully modify your yoga sequence for various populations—seniors, pregnant practitioners, children, and those experiencing fatigue or injury. Deepen your capacity to listen to your own body and guide others with empathy and precision.

Integration of Philosophy

Explore Larry Schultz's foundational method and how to infuse it into your own voice as a teacher. Work in small groups to unpack core philosophical pillars such as inner teacher vs. inner critic, function over form, and practicing what you teach.

Creative Expression in Practice

Cultivate self expression skills and create a practice / facilitation rooted in yoga mythology, archetypes, and the authentic inner self. Practical group exercises will support the integration of narrative and creativity into your teaching.

Nervous System Intelligence

A deep anatomical dive into the somatic and autonomic nervous systems, their role in yoga, and how the Rocket practice influences energy, balance, and transformation. Includes applied science on breath, bandhas, drishti, and the vagus nerve.

Professional Values & Inner Leadership

Clarify your personal teaching values—trust, spaciousness, honesty, generosity, and more—and experience how they show up in your classes, relationships, and leadership style. Use reflective tools to guide self-inquiry and strengthen your facilitator identity.

Breath, Ritual, and Inner Work

Take ownership of your daily practices & get inspired with various INBODHI practices: including breathwork, guided Rocket classes, and Yoga Off the mat self-exploration tools such as core belief healing and the "Inner Family" method. You’ll be invited to create a personal ritual to conclude the training and honor your growth.

Curriculum Includes:

Guided and self-led practices

Practicum on modifying your Yoga teaching for special groups

Presentations on philosophical integration

Mythology and archetype exploration

Breathwork, nervous system regulation, and ritual

Creation of a specialized workshop or class sequence

Final practicum to present your integrated teaching

This module is an invitation to step into your power—not only as a skilled teacher but as a grounded, heart-centered leader in your community
