Rooted in Resonance

Join us for a day of coming back to what is essential. In the wild, nurturing embrace of Essencia's magical shala in the woods, we are gathering a circle to breathe, to move, and to share in the medicine of community.

This is a collaborative afternoon co-created by Lena, Arthur & Ana, and Johannes. Our aim is to offer a shared journey from the physical body into the depths of the breath, and finally into the collective resonance of our voices.

The Journey

• 14:00 | Arrival & Opening Circle

  • Gathering together and setting the container for our journey.

• 14:30 | Hatha Yoga with Johannes 

  • Opening the physical body to prepare for the breath.

• 15:30 | Transformational Breath with Lena

  • A deep, concise journey to clear the internal space and expand our presence. Includes some theory & breath dance.

• 16:45 | Cacao & Nature Connection

  • Receiving ceremonial cacao before stepping out onto the land for solo reflection and connection with the plants.

• 17:45 | Sensing & Impulse Dance with Arthur

  • Guided movement practice to let the body be danced, exploring shapes and energies without thinking, embracing the joy of free movement.

• 18:30 | Singing Circle with Arthur & Ana

  • Gathering our voices in communal harmony and shared prayer - original songs inspired by all traditions and hearts.

• 19:30 | Integration: Concert & Sound Bath with Lena

  • A seamless flow from the circle into deep receiving. A short concert of original songs followed by a restorative sound bath with crystal singing bowls.

• 20:15 | Closing Circle

  • Final sharing and grounding before we depart.

Please choose the tier that honestly reflects your current financial flow:

• €27 - Early Bird - limited to first 7 tickets.

• €33 - Seed (Community): For those in a season of financial challenge. This tier ensures the medicine of the day is accessible to all.

• €44 - Flow (Sustainer): A balanced exchange that covers the venue costs and basic facilitator energy.

• €55 - Bloom (Supporter): This tier honours the collective time and years of experience of all four facilitators and helps us continue offering these gatherings.

• €66+ - Abundance (Resonance): For those who wish to "Pay it Forward." This contribution directly subsidises the community tier, allowing us to offer sponsored spots for those who wouldn't otherwise be able to attend.

It is important to us that everyone who would like to attend is able to do so. If even the community tier is not accessible for you at this time, please just message us and we will find a solution.

Practical Details

• What to bring: Comfortable layers for movement, a water bottle, and an open heart. (Yoga mats/bolsters are provided by the venue, but feel free to bring your own "nesting" gear). If you like journalling, bring something to write down your experiences.

• Location: Essência Nature Retreat, near Aljezur.

• Food: We will have some simple food available on the day which can be purchased on a donation basis.

• RSVP: Space are limited. Please message us or book below to reserve your spot.
