Private 1hr yoga class with me in a style of your choice (Rocket, Yin, Ashtanga, Restorative or a gentler Flow). In person in or within a 1hr radius of Tavira, Portugal (fuel costs on top) - or online from the comfort of your home. Please specify if you would like this session to take place at your home or online.
